Paul and Silas had been thrown into prison but at midnight they were praying and praising God and all the other prisoners could hear them. Suddenly there was an earthquake and the keeper of the prison awoke to a nightmare. “The prison is opened and all the prisoners have escaped,” he thought. But Paul shouted, “Do thyself no harm, for we are all here!” After seeing this the keeper and all of his household were saved.
